Meraki Thai Therapy - Terms of Service

 

1. Acceptance of Terms By booking a treatment, visiting our premises, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Meraki Thai Therapy LTD (Company No:14007185).

 

2. Services Provided Meraki Thai Therapy

Therapy offers professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation and wellbeing. Our services include: -

Thai Oil Massage - Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage - Head Massage - Reflexology (Feet Massage) - Pregnancy Massage

All treatments are delivered by trained and experienced therapists in a private, hygienic environment.

 

3. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments are required and can be made online, by phone, or in person. Walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability. Clients must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason deemed appropriate, including intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, or health concerns.

 

4.Refunds, Complaints & Cancellations,

All treatments at Meraki Thai Therapy are charged after the service has been provided (unless book from third party app). Therefore, we do not offer refunds or accept chargebacks under any circumstances once payment has been made.

Should a client initiate a chargeback at a later date, Meraki Thai Therapy reserves the right to formally dispute the claim and will provide supporting documentation to the payment provider as necessary.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, we kindly encourage you to raise your concerns immediately with our receptionist or manager. We are committed to addressing all feedback in a timely, fair, and professional manner.

As payment is taken post-treatment (unless book from third party app), cancellations are not typically applicable. However, we do appreciate early notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, so that we may offer the slot to another client.

 

5. Client Conduct

Respectful conduct is expected at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund, and may result in future refusal of service. Meraki Thai Therapy - Terms of Service

 

6. Health & Safety

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your session. Some treatments may not be suitable depending on your condition. We maintain high standards of hygiene and follow all relevant health and safety regulations.

 

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

8. Gift Vouchers

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Must be presented at the time of booking or treatment. Advance booking is advised to avoid disappointment.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every measure to ensure your comfort and safety, Meraki Thai Therapy accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage suffered during or after treatment, unless caused by proven negligence.

 

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version will be available on our website and will apply to all bookings moving forward.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
